Our Product Request service lets you ask for items that are not currently listed on gad-hub.com. In many cases, we can source gadgets directly from our global partners, even if you cannot find them in Australia. By submitting a product request, you help us understand what you really need.
How Our Product Request Works
First, tell us the name of the product and a short description. If possible, include a sample website link so we can see the exact model or version you want. In addition, you can upload a product photo to avoid any confusion.
After we receive your Product Request, our sourcing team will review the details. Then we will check availability and pricing with our suppliers in Hong Kong, Japan, Dubai, the United States and other regions. As a result, we can often provide a fair and transparent quote based on real market costs.
Please note that a Product Request is not a confirmed order yet. Instead, it is the first step in our quotation process. Once you accept the quoted price and terms, we will create a custom order and arrange shipping to Australia.
